The Director of Accounts and Finance is hereby authorized and directed
to have the financial records of the various departments and offices of the
City of Monessen audited quarterly by the Auditor of the City of Monessen.
The quarterly audits shall begin with the first quarter of the year
1960, the period January 1, 1960, to March 31, 1960, and shall be made every
three months thereafter.
The Auditor shall conduct his audit of such records as the Director
of Accounts and Finance shall deem advisable.
The Auditor shall make his reports to the Director of Accounts and Finance,
who shall then report to Council.
