The State of New Jersey has enacted N.J.S.A.
4:19-17 et seq. N.J.S.A. 4:19-36 sets forth that said act supersedes
any local ordinance.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 4:19-31, the fee for a
potentially dangerous dog license and each renewal thereof shall be
$700.

A.
Violations of chapter, penalty. Except as otherwise
provided in this article, any person who violates or who fails or
refuses to comply with this article shall be subject to the penalties
provided in N.J.S.A. 4:19-19.

B.
Violators pleading guilty may pay the appropriate
fine by mail to the Township Municipal Court of the Township of Mansfield.
All other violations, not involving a guilty plea shall be heard in
the name of the Township of Mansfield in the Mansfield Township Municipal
Court.
