In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.
2A:18-61.26, the Township hereby designates the Township Clerk as
the administrative agency charged with the responsibility of administering
the provisions of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Protected
Tenancy Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.22, for the Township.
The administrative agency shall be entitled
to and shall collect for its own account the following fees:
A.
Service of notice to a tenant, required by N.J.S.A.
2A:18-61.27, $10 each.
B.
Determination or eligibility for each tenant, as required
by N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.28, $25 each.
C.
The administrative agency may charge a reasonable
fee established by resolution of the Township Committee for any other
service required to be performed by the administrative agency under
the provisions of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Protected
Tenancy Act.
