A.
All developers applying for a minor subdivision shall submit a minor subdivision plat in accordance with the requirements of Article II.
As a condition of subdivision approval, the
applicant shall submit proof from the Township Tax Collector or other
designated official that no taxes or assessments for local improvements
are due or delinquent on the property for which subdivision is sought.
