GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and Recreation Board — See Ch. 35.
The Lower Pottsgrove Township Parks and Recreation
Board, pursuant to § 3022 of the First Class Township Code,
shall have conferred on it all the powers and all the duties prescribed
by the First Class Township Code as the acting Shade Tree Commission
for Lower Pottsgrove Township and, accordingly, shall exercise all
the rights and perform all the duties and obligations imposed by the
First Class Township Code upon a shade tree commission.
All terms of office, vacancies, replacements
and all other acts for filling the respective positions in the Parks
and Recreation Board shall concurrently and simultaneously be carried
out additionally for purposes of the Shade Tree Commission powers
and duties vested in said Parks and Recreation Board pursuant to the
First Class Township Code § 3022.
