Art. IX, Energy Conservation Officer, adopted as Ch. 2, Art. XXVI, of the 1977 Code, as amended;
Art. X, Registrars of Voters, adopted as Ch. 10, Art. II, of the 1977 Code, as amended;
Art. XI, Solicitation of Funds by City Employees, adopted 4-5-1990 (Ch. 2, § 2-413, of the 1977 Code);
