The Township does hereby approve, adopt and enter into the Intermunicipal
Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference.[1]

The Intermunicipal Agreement designates the Authority as the
exclusive agent for the Township to provide collection, transportation,
and treatment and disposal of sewage for the Township. The conditions
of the above designation are specified within the Agreement.
The initial term of the Agreement expires on April 1, 2021.
The Agreement may be renewed for additional ten-year terms by written
consent of the parties.
The operation of the Authority will be financed through charges
implemented and adopted by the Authority to the users of the system
in accordance with the more specific terms of the Agreement.
Pursuant to this Agreement the Authority is empowered to enter
into contracts for policies of group insurance and employee benefits,
including social security for its employees.
The proper officers are authorized to make, execute and deliver
any documents necessary to implement this article.
