[Ordinance No. 448 granted a nonexclusive franchise
to Suburban Cable Television Co., Inc., to install, operate, supply
and maintain a community television system, as well as voice, data
or facsimile services and transmissions, within the Borough. Said
ordinance is on file in the Borough offices. Ordinance No. 499, adopted
11-12-2008, granted a nonexclusive franchise to Verizon Pennsylvania,
Inc., to construct, install, maintain, extend and operate a cable
system in the Borough and set forth conditions accompanying the grant
of the franchise. Said ordinance is on file in the Borough offices.
Ordinance No. 524, adopted 12-11-2019, authorized execution of a cable
franchise agreement between the Borough and Comcast of Southeastern
Pennsylvania, LLC, to maintain, construct, operate, and upgrade its
cable system over, under and along public rights-of-way and properties
within the Borough's jurisdiction. Said ordinance is on file in the
