Except as provided in § 60-2 hereof, no person shall feed, cause to be fed or provide food for wild geese, ducks or other wildfowl anywhere in the Township, either on public or private property.
Nothing in the foregoing § 60-1 shall be construed to prohibit humane acts in individual cases, such as the temporary nurturing of a wounded bird or abandoned gosling or duckling upon one's premises.
