No arcade or similar type of business establishment
whose principal operation is the maintenance of electronic games,
such as pinball machines, shall be permitted in the Township of East
Hanover.
[Amended 8-17-1982 by Ord. No. 24-1982]
Each day shall constitute a separate violation
of this article and each violation shall be subject to a fine of not
more than $500 and/or 90 days in jail.
