The traffic signal installation shall be in
accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles
and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle I of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes,
and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation
as authorized by the Department of Transportation.

No vehicle shall make a right-hand turn on red
at the following controlled intersections:
