Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 113.
The use and/or operation of limited-use vehicles is hereby prohibited on all public and private highways and streets within the Village and on all beaches, dunes, wetlands and national wildlife refuge areas within the Village.
All prohibited limited-use vehicles are those defined in §§ 121-a, 121-b and 121-c of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York. Said prohibition includes so-called all-terrain vehicles as those limited-use vehicles are defined in the above sections.
A violation of any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
