Effective January 1, 2004, the County Treasurer
is hereby authorized to establish a special revenue fund entitled
"Tax Sale Automation Fund," for deposit of fees assessed by the County
Collector to purchasers of property for delinquent taxes, which fund
shall be used to pay any costs related to the automation of property
tax collections and delinquent property tax sales, including the cost
of hardware, software, research and development, and personnel.
