In accordance with the provisions of 35 ILCS
200/21-330, the McLean County Board hereby approves and adopts an
additional tax sale in error fee of $60, to be paid per parcel or
per subtax parcel by each person purchasing any parcel of property,
and a sale in error fee of $10 for mobile homes, at the tax sale.
In accordance with the provisions of 35 ILCS
200/21-330, the McLean County Board hereby approves and directs that
the additional tax sale in error fee of $60 for real property and
$10 for mobile homes shall be deposited into a special revenue fund
set up by the County Treasurer, and any moneys up to $100,000 collected
pursuant to this article and deposited into this special fund must
be used to satisfy orders for payment of interest and costs obtained
against the County Treasurer. Any additional funds shall be paid to
the general fund of the County.
The additional tax sale in error fee of $60

tax sale shall become effective on January 1, 2018.
