In accordance with the provisions of 55 ILCS
5/3-5018, the McLean County Board hereby approves and adopts an additional
charge of $6 for filing every instrument, paper, or notice of record
in the County Recorder's Office in order to defray the cost of implementing
or maintaining the County's Geographic Information System (the "GIS").
A.Â
In accordance with the provisions of 55 ILCS 5/3-5018,
the McLean County Board hereby approves and directs that $5 of the
additional charge must be deposited into a special fund set up by
the County Treasurer, and any moneys collected pursuant to this article
and deposited into this special fund must be used solely for the equipment,
materials, and necessary expenses incurred in implementing and maintaining
a GIS.

In accordance with the provisions of 55 ILCS 5/3-5018,
the McLean County Board hereby approves and directs that $1 of the
additional charge must be deposited into the County Recorder's special
fund created under 55 ILCS 5/3-5005.4.
