GENERAL REFERENCES
Police Department — See Ch. 32.
All off-duty firemen of the Green Island Fire Department are
hereby officially called to duty upon learning of a fire in the Village
of Green Island or in any outlying areas in which it has been the
custom of the Green Island Fire Department to lend assistance through
any of the following means:
A.
Upon learning of a fire by a siren or alarm on a Village fire truck.
B.
Upon learning of a fire by any of the news media.
C.
Upon learning of a fire by the Village fire alarm.
D.
Upon learning of a fire by personal observation.
E.
Upon learning of a fire by notification by a Village official, the
Chief or any other member of the Green Island Fire Department or by
any other person who has knowledge of a fire or any other emergency
involving the Green Island Fire Department.
