A Department of Water and Sewer is hereby created in the Township
of Montville.
The head of the Department of Water and Sewer shall be the Director
of the Department of Water and Sewer.
The Director of the Department of Water and Sewer shall be responsible
for the proper and efficient conduct of all public utility functions
of the Township government and shall supervise and direct the work
of the Department.
