It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, firm or corporation
to use any street, or any portion thereof, in the Borough of Ligonier
for the purpose of exhibiting or displaying any vehicle for sale,
rent or exchange or for storing any vehicle that is inoperative or
does not bear the current registration plate.
This article shall not prohibit the display for occasional sale
of any motor vehicle otherwise lawfully parked by the individual registered
owner thereof, who is not in the business of dealing in motor vehicles.

Every person, partnership, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution and,
in default thereof, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term
not exceeding 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
