The time limitations set forth in these regulations and the
corresponding provisions of Town Law may be varied when required for
the purpose of complying with the provisions of the State Environmental
Quality Review Act (SEQR) (6 NYCRR Part 617 and Article 8 of the Environmental
Conservation Law).
