City of Harrisburg, PA Chapter 5-301 Closing-Out, Damaged Goods and Defunct Business Sales

§ 5-301.1 State law adopted.

This chapter regulating fire, bankruptcy, closing-out, damaged goods, and defunct business sales is hereby amended by incorporating and adopting by reference the Act of July 31, 1963, P.L. 410, No. 217, as amended, 53 P.S. §§ 4471-1 to 4471-16, as if fully set forth herein, except that application shall be made to the City Treasurer through the Tax Enforcement Administrator.

§ 5-301.99 Penalty.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the general code penalty, § 1-301.99 of these Codified Ordinances.
