A current document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Middletown, being marked and designated as the International Energy Conservation Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., adopted by the State of Delaware, the State of Delaware Department of Energy, be and is hereby the Energy Code of the Town of Middletown in the State of Delaware, pursuant to the Delaware Code Chapter 76, Title 16, Subsection 7602 for control of buildings and structures as herein provided and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Energy Conservation Code.
