No person shall establish or maintain any public show or exhibition
of a permanent character unless he first obtains a license therefor
from the City Clerk.
A.
An applicant for such a license shall present to the Clerk an application
signed by him, stating his full name and address and the purpose and
place for which he seeks a license, which application shall be submitted
with the required fee.
B.
Every license granted pursuant to this article shall apply only to
the person and for the purpose and place mentioned therein.
The annual fee for such license shall be as provided for in Chapter 191, Fee Schedule.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500
or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate
offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a
violation occurs or continues.
