A.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Articles I through IX of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
B.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or
on which a violation occurs or continues.
