GENERAL REFERENCES
Fee Schedule — See Ch. 191.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-1, fees for performing marriage and civil union ceremonies are hereby set in the amount as set forth in Chapter 191, Fee Schedule.
Pursuant to said statute the fees must be deposited into the
current fund as "Miscellaneous Revenue - Nonanticipated (MRNA)" and
be made payable to the City of Englewood.
The Mayor may waive said fee or suggest that the parties may
make a direct voluntary, contribution to a charitable organization
of the parties' choice.
