All Judges of the Orphan's Court for Worcester County shall
be residents of Worcester County, and no two Judges shall be residents
of the same County Commissioner District of Worcester County.

The Judges of the Orphan's Court shall meet at least four
days each month on such dates as determined by the Judges of the Orphan's
Court.
The County Commissioners shall appropriate such sums as may
be necessary to pay the Judges of the Orphan's Court as prescribed
by law; and it shall be the duty of the Register of Wills to certify
the number of days each of the Judges of the Orphan's Court has
attended said court on a regular basis as requested by the County
Commissioners.
