(a)
Power to enact. A municipality may enact by
its normal executive or legislative procedures regulations relating
to use and occupancy of municipally owned properties located outside
of municipal corporate limits. If such regulations are approved by
resolution of the County Commissioners, then:
(1)
Such regulations shall be conspicuously posted by a sign or
signs on the property.
(2)
A violation of any such regulation shall constitute a civil
infraction.
(3)
Citations for such civil infractions may be issued by any duly
designated peace officer or such other person as designated by law
or by resolution of the County Commissioners.
(4)
Citations shall be issued upon forms approved by the County
Commissioners by resolution.
(b)
Penalties. Fines for such violations shall
be established by the County Commissioners by resolution.
