A Planning Commission, consisting of five members, is hereby
recreated and reestablished for the Township of Rochester, Beaver
County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the provisions of 53 P.S. § 10201
of the Municipalities Planning Code.
The Planning Commission shall be comprised of five members who
shall be appointed for terms of office of four years.
The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties
conferred and imposed upon it as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10209.1 et seq.
