Village of Sloan, NY Chapter 439 VENDING MACHINES, EXTERIOR

§ 439-1 Approval required for milk and ice machines; application for approval; fee.

A. A. No person shall place or deliver for use or permit the use or operation of an exterior vending machine within the limits of the Village of Sloan until the location of said machine shall have been approved by the Village Board, upon application being submitted and the payment of a fee of $100.

B. This chapter shall apply to all presently existing machines located as herein described.

C. Applications shall be made to the Village Clerk on forms provided by the Clerk.

§ 439-2 Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

PERSON

Includes a corporation, association, organization, firm and partnership, as well as an individual.

§ 439-3 Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the payment of a fine not exceeding $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
