Unless otherwise provided by this Code or state statute, it
is intended that this chapter shall govern the procedures for the
issuance, renewal and revocation of permits for charitable clothing
bins issued by the Township of Manalapan.
An applicant seeking a permit for a charitable clothing bin
shall comply in all respects with P.L. 2007, c. 209, N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.60
et. seq. The application for a charitable clothing bin shall be filed
with the Township Clerk of the Township of Manalapan. The application
for a permit for a charitable bin shall be exempt from the payment
of an application fee.
