A.Â
Policy.
(1)Â
Coverage shall be effective 30 days after date of employment and
shall continue for one month following the month of termination of
employment.
(2)Â
All full-time employees are provided medical, hospital, and dental
insurance at Borough expense.
(3)Â
Employees may elect to continue group coverage at their own expense
upon retirement from Borough employment.
B.Â
Procedure. Employees shall complete all necessary enrollment forms
for insurance coverage upon employment. Any changes in the employee's
marital status or dependents covered must be reported immediately
to insure complete coverage.
