The dumping of trash or any other debris on township property
is hereby prohibited except with the express approval of the Township
Committee in approved containers at approved times.
The fine for the first-time offender shall be up to $500 and
for the second-time offender up to $1,000. These fines shall in no
way limit the township in seeking restitution from any violator for
the costs of proper disposal of any materials illegally deposited
on township property.
