GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 77.
The riding of sleds without the same being pulled by another
person or coasting on any of the public highways in the Township of
Liberty in the County of Warren and State of New Jersey is hereby
prohibited.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days,
or both.
