"The Individual Sewage Disposal System Code of New Jersey (1953),"
approved by the New Jersey State Department of Health on December
14, 1953, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein, as fully as if
set out at length herein.
No individual disposal system shall be constructed or maintained
in and upon any property in the Borough where such property fronts
upon or adjoins any street or thoroughfare wherein a public sewer
is now or may hereafter be laid and in use.
