One plenary retail consumption license may be issued in Quinton Township pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.
The annual fee for said plenary retail consumption license shall be $500.
Quinton Township shall follow the historical issuance procedure as promulgated by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
No holder of such plenary retail consumption license shall sell, serve or deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service, delivery or consumption of any alcoholic beverage on the licensed premises at any time except during the hours beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:00 midnight on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and during the hours beginning 12:00 noon and ending at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday and during the hours beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 31 and ending at 2:00 a.m. on the following day, unless the following day is a Sunday, in which case such sale, service, delivery or consumption shall end at 12:00 midnight.
