Borough of Red Bank, NJ Article X Chief Financial Officer

[Adopted by Ord. No. 1989-22 (Sec. 2-19A of the 1987 Revised General Ordinances)]

§ 90-45 Established.

There is hereby established the position of Chief Financial Officer, who shall be a certified municipal finance officer in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq. and shall carry out the responsibilities as set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.

§ 90-46 Appointment. [1]

The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed for a term of four years, which shall run from January 1 in the year in which the Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
