Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1005 of Act No. 581, adopted
February 1, 1966, 53 P.S. § 46005(7),[1] there shall be appointed an independent auditor for the
Borough of Boyertown for the year 1975 and thereafter.

Pursuant to the provisions of said Act, the office of Elected
Borough Auditor is hereby abolished.
