The owner or owners of any dwelling unit or units shall report
to Boyertown Borough on forms supplied by the Borough Tax Collector
the name and age of each and every resident of each and every dwelling
unit. Such report shall be made on or before May 1.
The Borough Tax Collector is hereby authorized to prepare and
distribute the necessary forms for making such report.

Any person who fails, neglects or refuses to make the report
required by this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof by the Justice
of the Peace or court of competent jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $600, plus cost of prosecution for each offense
or, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to be imprisoned
in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
