There shall be a Purchasing Agent and Time Clerk appointed by
the Township Committee to serve for term of one year. Such person
shall be qualified by education, training and experience to perform
the duties of his or her office.
The Purchasing Agent and Time Clerk shall establish requisition
and purchasing system and shall administer same under the supervision
of the Mayor. He or she shall further keep and be responsible for
all workers' time records, with the exception of the Police Department.
