A. 
The following fees shall apply to the Rotary Pavilion:

(1) 
Minimum fee of $200 for five hours; one-hour set up and clean up. Any additional hours shall be $20 per hour. All users shall provide a nonrefundable deposit of $100.
B. 
A nonprofit organization is not required to pay the fee to rent; however, they are required to provide all insurance coverage.
C. 
Any person or entity, other than a nonprofit organization, shall, in addition to paying the fee for the rental of the Rotary Pavilion, provide a security deposit in the amount of $100 for any such event or rental. Any damages sustained during the rental shall first be taken from the security deposit, and, if any damages exceed same, such additional damages shall be recovered in accordance with Subsection D of this section. If a specific individual or entity has rented the Rotary Pavilion on at least five prior occasions, having posted a security deposit for same each time, and in the event no such security deposit was ever utilized to pay for any damages from the person or entity, or their guests, then and in that event that person or entity shall not be required to continue to provide a security deposit after the fifth rental. However, said person or entity shall still be responsible in the event damages are sustained to the facility in accordance with Subsection D of this section.

D. 
Damages. The Township will bill those residents or organizations using the facility for any damages incurred to the building, grounds or equipment.

Any person or entity wishing to utilize, lease and/or rent the Township's lakeside pavilion must make application for the use thereof to the municipality. Application forms shall be available at the Township Clerk's office during regular business hours. All requests for use of the lakeside pavilion must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the date of the event. Notification of cancellation is required at least one week prior to the use.

Any person, group or entity wishing to utilize the Township's lakeside pavilion will be required to present a certificate of liability insurance indicating that the person or entity applying for the use of this facility has obtained personal and/or entity liability insurance coverage in an amount equal to at least $500,000 per loss for general liability. Such certificate must name the Township as an additional insured. Approval for the use of this facility shall not be completed until such time as a copy of that certificate of insurance has been provided to the municipality, and, in the event same has not been provided prior to the date for the use of the facilities, the person or entity shall not be authorized and/or permitted to use the Township's lake pavilion.
B. 
In addition, the individual or organization shall execute a "hold harmless" agreement at the time of application which protects the Township from any liability which may occur during the time the facilities are being used. The agreement must be provided with the application.
A separate application must be submitted for each and every date upon which the pavilion is being utilized. All user fee applications are nonrefundable and must be paid with the application submitted. Any nonprofit corporation or other charitable organization, whose tax exempt status is confirmed by providing copies of such exempt status with the application, shall be entitled to a waiver of the user fee at the discretion of the Township Committee. All persons and/or entities leasing the Township's lakeside pavilion shall be responsible for the supervision of all guests attending their event, including but not limited to all garbage collection and lifeguard protection. The ratio of adult supervision for minor children must be not less than one adult for every 12 minors. No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on the premises and smoking is prohibited in the pavilion area. The Township reserves the right to adopt and amend additional rules and regulations from time to time.

The Township's Rotary Pavilion may not be leased for holidays unless specifically approved by the Township Committee.
The individual and/or entity leasing the lakeside pavilion shall be responsible for all costs and fees incurred by the Township for repairing any and all damages to the premises, including the building, grounds or equipment.
