This prohibition shall apply both to the owner of the property on which the violation is occurring, the tenant of such property, as well as any owner of a motor vehicle being offered for sale in violation of this chapter.
The owner or resident of any property used for residential purposes, may offer for sale not more than one motor vehicle on the owner or resident's property.
