A. 
No person shall place driven well less than 50 feet from a cesspool or septic tank or from a place where garbage, human excrement and decayed animal and vegetable matter are deposited.
B. 
No overflow from a cesspool or septic tank shall be allowed to drain into any ditch, creek, stream, harbor or lagoon, or into the waters of Barnegat Bay.
C. 
No cesspool or septic tank shall be placed less than 50 feet from the waters of Barnegat Bay or from any ditch, stream creek harbor or lagoon within the Township.
No person shall throw, empty or deposit any garbage cans or containers of any kind containing garbage, human excrement or any decaying animal, vegetable or other spoiled matter into any ditch, stream, creek, harbor or lagoon, or into the waters of Barnegat Bay.
All toilets on boats shall be locked before entering the harbors of any creek, stream, watercourse or lagoon within the Township and no person shall allow such boat toilet to be unlocked in the waters as aforesaid within the Township.
The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter are deemed and declared a detriment to the public health, nuisance and unlawful.
