For the purposes of this chapter, Conshohocken Borough is hereby
divided into districts, which shall be designated as follows:

The boundaries of the zoning districts shall be as shown on the map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which map shall be known as the "Zoning Map of Conshohocken Borough." Said map and all notations, references, and data shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference into this chapter and shall be as much a part of this chapter as if all were fully described herein.[1]

Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts, as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
A.
The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated,
property lines, the center lines of roads or alleys and the rights-of-way
of railroads and/or public utilities, or such lines extended, or lines
parallel thereto.

Whenever federal or state owned property or property owned by
any federal or state agency or any political subdivision thereof is
included in one or more zoning districts, it shall be subject to the
provisions of this chapter only insofar as permitted by the Constitution
and laws of the United States of America and of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
