The Charter for the Town of Hudson, adopted by Referendum Question No. 1, voted in the affirmative 3-12-1985 by ballot by the Annual Town Meeting, as amended, was repealed 6-8-1992 by Res. No. R92-71. This resolution also provided, in part, that "the Town of Hudson's form of government has been transformed, effective July 1, 1992, from a government comprised of a Town Council with Municipal Charter to a government comprised of Board of Selectmen with Annual Town Meeting . . . Furthermore, the Town Attorney is directed to work with publisher of the Code to effect the changes of language necessary in the remaining chapters of the Town Code to reflect the transition from a Council form of government to a Selectmen form of government."
