No such permit shall be issued unless the applicant agrees in
writing to charge no more than the following maximum rate for towing
within the Town of Fallsburg as listed in the below sections. Towing
rates to a location outside of the Town shall be upon mutual agreement
by the parties.

All towing rates are set by resolution of the Town Board.
There shall be no more than one licensed business at the same
location, i.e., garage, tow company, etc.
