GENERAL REFERENCES
Firesafety zones — See Ch. 121.
A Fire District shall be established in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 105 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as
amended, to be known as the "Barkhamsted Fire District," to include
the territorial limits within the Town of Barkhamsted.
The annual meeting of the Barkhamsted Fire District shall be
held on the second Wednesday of May in each year.
