Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed
at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the Village,
except as otherwise posted.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 98-3, 15 miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within any municipal parking field owned or maintained by the Village.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 98-3 of this chapter, 20 miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on any portion of a highway passing school buildings in the Village of Farmingdale for 1,320 feet in either direction from the building line of the school abutting the highway unless such school buildings are located upon a highway which falls within the jurisdiction of the State of New York.
