Said vehicle must bear some insignia identifying it as being owned by a volunteer fireman. Except that post office personnel may park on parts or portions of the hereinafter designated streets from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and except that any person may park on parts or portions of the hereinafter designated streets from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day but for no more than 10 minutes.
