[Adopted 7-25-1932 by Ord. No. 21 (Ch. 26, Art. II, of the 1975 Code)]
It shall be unlawful for any person to tie or fasten in any manner any horse or other domestic animal to any tree, hydrant, telephone, electric light or traction pole, or lamp- or signpost standing in any street or public place in said Village, or leave standing in any public street or place any horse or domestic animal unless safely tied or secured or in charge of some suitable person.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, and such violation shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
