No person or corporation shall be permitted to maintain a hogpen, horse, cow, sheep, goat or rabbit stables within the confines of the Village, nor shall the slaughter of any animal be done within such confines, except the slaughter of fowl for private purpose or family use, unless at a place to be designated by the Board of Trustees.
Any person or persons or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, and such violation shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
