The use of air rifles and slingshots and the throwing of stones, balls, snowballs or balls of ice and snow or other missiles in any street, sidewalk or alley within the limits of the Village are hereby prohibited, under a penalty of not to exceed $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for each offense. Any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct. The person violating this article or any part thereof shall be a disorderly person.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with any of the provisions of this article are hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done, committed or omitted in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this article.
This article shall take effect August 20, 1932, or immediately as to any person or firm served with a copy of this article.
